Description: Welcome to One Week To Better Waist Hooping! Are you tired of dropping the hoop? Do you want to stop the drop? If you answered YES, you’re in the right place!!
We’re going to work on tips, tricks, drills, and a whole lot of awesomeness to help you feel comfortable and confident with your on-body or waist hooping. Whether brand new to hoop or even if you’ve been hooping a while, this course will help you become more confident in waist/on-body hooping.
We will focus on posture, stamina, movement, arms, footwork, movin’ and groovin’ with the hoop, stopping the drop, the catch method, hoop breaks, and the start of hoop dance/flow.
What you’ll learn: Beginner Hoop Dance, Waist Hooping, On Body Hooping.
